Michael Monkelien, Founder and President

Michael Monkelien founded Skyy Outsourcing, LLC. in early 2015, but he is no stranger to business. He started his first company in the real estate industry in 2004. Upon graduating from Elon University, Michael joined Servicepower, a SaaS company, as a marketing coordinator where he gained his knowledge of SalesForce and CRM databases. After starting in a marketing position with American Business Development Group, he soon moved over to the accounting side of operations. He was quickly promoted up to the Financial Controller position. As Controller, Michael oversees every aspect of the company’s daily operations. By leveraging new technology and implementing new accounting procedures, he reduced overhead costs and improved the company’s IT infrastructure. He started Skyy Outsourcing to use those experiences to help other businesses decrease overhead and increase profitability.
